The successful candidate should be well versed in the fundamentals of data engineering and business intelligence, be a strong communicator, problem solver, and an all-around team player; all to the alignment of KV Capital's growth-oriented agenda.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Implement, maintain, and govern enterprise-wide data warehousing and data lake storage infrastructure in Azure or Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for the business units.
• Streamline and automate processes and workflows within each business unit by leveraging data infrastructure.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for the business units by leveraging data infrastructure.
• Lay the foundational infrastructure to allow for future state data science, analytics, and AI implementation.

YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS

To excel in this role, you should possess a mix of the following experience and skills. Please note, proficiency in all these areas in not required:

• Previous experience in an organization that utilized Microsoft cloud computing solutions.
• A programming language such as Python.
• SQL, dimensional modelling, and relational database experience.
• Design and development of data warehouses and data lakes.
• Data ingestion, transformation and loading techniques and administration.
• APIs.
• Cloud computing in Azure and Fabric.
• Databricks or Fabric notebooks.
• Data Factory, Power Query and M.
• Power BI and DAX.
