YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and improve KV Capital’s utilization of Modern Workplace, including SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.
- Administer the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Assist in developing and administer a best-in-class SharePoint intranet for the business.
- Administer the organizations utilization of SaaS solutions and web apps.
- Administer and report on the cyber security environment and events.
- Administer data security, operational security, recovery and retention.
- IT policy creation and maintenance.
- Plan and execute IT training workshops for KV Capital employees.
- General IT reporting, administration, and on-site technical support.
YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Post-secondary education in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate foundational level knowledge of cloud services.
- Microsoft 365 certifications would be beneficial, but not required.
- Fluent in SaaS solutions, specifically Microsoft 365 and Power Platform offerings.
- Knowledge of best practices related to governance for citizen development programs.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver. Ability to perform presentations and training sessions to business users.
