KV Capital conducts in-house underwriting and provides funding to borrowers located in Canada under real-estate secured financing transactions.

Commercial real estate finance: Launched in 2019, our commercial real estate finance division has funded +$5B commercial deals collectively and our team has +100 years of combined experience. Together, we source financing solutions for land, subdivision financing, multi-family, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.

Asset management: Our track record is reflective of our expertise, commitment to investors, and our adherence to our core values of integrity, growth, simplicity and collaboration. To date, we have funded over $1B in commercial mortgages across all asset classes. During this time, our total losses of principal and accrued interest is less than 0.20% of funds advanced. Our expertise covers all aspects of asset management including origination, due diligence, funding, administration, investor reporting, defaulted and non-performing loan management and workouts.

Private equity: Launched in 2017, our private equity fund is proud to be a positive catalyst for the companies in our fund portfolio. Residential mortgages: Our team at KV Capital began our journey as the Mortgage Corner in 2006 and re-launched residential mortgage brokerage in 2020. Today, we offer mortgages as unique as our clients are and understand that no two homeowners are alike. By accessing our diverse network of lenders, we secure the market’s most competitive rates for our clients, all while keeping the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Real estate equity partners: Our flagship real estate focused private equity fund launched in 2022. This Fund co-invested alongside experienced and well-capitalized developers in ground up middle market real estate development projects located in major western Canadian markets.
