Daniel recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is currently working towards obtaining his CFA designation. As a Junior Analyst, Intern at KV Capital, Daniel conducts market research on various industries to support the Private Equity team’s portfolio of companies. Daniel manages and organizes data bases of deals, companies, and intermediaries to help streamline the deployment period of KV PE Fund II.

Throughout his time at the University of Alberta, Daniel served as VP, External Relations for the Alberta International Case Competition (AIBC), has represented the University of Alberta in two international case competitions (Continental Trifecta and ICC@M in the Netherlands), and competed twice in the largest undergraduate business competition in Western Canada (JDC West). Daniel values staying active with in his community, and over the last four years, has participated in the Moustache for Movember Foundation and contributed to PIKE Fireman’s Challenge; a week-long university-wide event to raise awareness and funds for burn victims. 

When Daniel isn’t at work or studying for the CFA, he loves maintaining an active lifestyle by working out, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
