Declan is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Alberta and has a passion for all things finance. As a Junior Analyst Intern, Declan will conduct in-depth property and project valuations across various asset classes while working diligently to find ways to structure deals to meet a business's needs. He will also work to analyze projects to ensure they meet the risk profile of our investors.

When Declan is not working, he enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains and aspires to travel across the globe. He’s also an avid football fan and would like to compete for the University of Alberta’s Powerlifting Club in 2024.
