KV Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Bradley as Managing Director of the firm’s Calgary office, reinforcing its commitment to serving developers and asset owners across Western Canada’s commercial real estate markets.
Ryan brings nearly 20 years of financial industry experience to this expanded role. His background includes seven years in senior positions within Calgary’s real estate finance market at a Schedule I bank, where he developed deep expertise in both origination and credit disciplines. Notably, he spent four years of that tenure adjudicating real estate loan opportunities in a credit risk function, giving him a comprehensive understanding of deal structuring that balances opportunity with disciplined risk management.
Most recently, Ryan spent two years as Vice President, Origination within KV Capital’s Real Estate Debt division, based out of the firm’s Edmonton headquarters, where he led the origination team across KV’s Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto offices.
As Managing Director, Ryan will deepen his focus within the Calgary market while expanding the breadth of his responsibilities—overseeing delivery of KV’s investment philosophy, underwriting discipline, and operational rigour within a growing team. His extensive experience structuring and managing complex and syndicated construction loans will remain central to this mandate.
Taken together, Ryan’s position as Managing Director builds on both his own and KV Capital’s long-standing relationships in the Calgary market to deepen the firm’s dedicated presence with local leadership.
