Ayush serves as a Senior Analyst, Origination with the Real Estate Debt team, where he supports the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate financing opportunities.
Prior to joining KV Capital, Ayush worked in the real estate finance division at Dream Unlimited, where he contributed to sourcing approximately $400 million in new debt financing and helped manage a portfolio of nearly $1 billion in debt investments. One of his proudest career accomplishments was closing CMHC financing for a complex office-to-residential conversion project, further strengthening his expertise in creative real estate financing solutions.
Outside of work, Ayush enjoys staying active through cricket and racket sports, spending time on the water kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, and exploring new restaurants throughout the city.
