His work focused on delivering funding solutions for residential mortgages, strengthening regulatory compliance, deepening investor relationships, and supporting affordable housing initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Babs held senior treasury and capital markets roles across telecommunications and consumer goods sectors, where he drove M&A initiatives, funding diversification, cash and liquidity management, and broader treasury operations. He holds bachelor’s degrees in applied science and accounting, along with graduate degrees in business administration, and is a CPA and CFA® Charterholder who actively contributes to industry discussions on structured finance and funding innovation.
