As a Junior Analyst, Origination, Bijan supports the evaluation and execution of financing opportunities across the firm’s lending platform.
Bijan recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and minoring in Business Technology Management. He also completed Certificates in Real Estate, Interdisciplinary Leadership, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining KV Capital, Bijan gained experience in consulting and finance through roles with the Alberta School of Business Consulting Group and a personal and small business tax firm. He worked with entrepreneurs and small business owners to improve digital literacy and support business growth initiatives, while also developing his financial and analytical expertise. Bijan has additionally demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial mindset as the co-founder of a consumer packaged goods start-up preparing for launch.
Outside of work, Bijan enjoys golf, hockey, soccer, racquet sports, and staying active in the gym. He also enjoys spending time with his 12-year-old Shih Tzu.
