Jeff Bowling serves as a senior advisor to KV Capital’s Real Estate Debt team, bringing more than 30 years of experience in banking, with a focus on real estate lending.
As a proud graduate of the Haskayne School of Business, Jeff has been based in his hometown of Calgary throughout his career. Most recently, Jeff held a senior leadership position overseeing real estate lending across the Prairies and Eastern Canada, while also leading the development and execution of a national real estate lending strategy.
Jeff’s contributions to the real estate industry have included serving on the advisory board of the Westman School of Real Estate Studies at the University of Calgary and speaking as a panelist at the Calgary Real Estate Forum. He is also a past president of Make-A-Wish Southern Alberta.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing at Willow Park Golf Course, watching sports, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.
