Jeremy’s role as a junior analyst on the Real Estate Debt team includes assisting with reviewing and assessing new loan and equity requests. Additionally, he will work closely with the origination team to present financing opportunities and curate positive business relationships.
Jeremy recent graduated from the University of Alberta where he completed an Honours Finance degree with a focus on private markets. Before joining KV Capital, he built and operated a window cleaning company throughout his university years – scaling it into a profitable venture and successfully selling the business.
Outside of the office, Jeremy is an avid alpine skier where he raced competitively throughout high school and began coaching with the Sunridge Alpine Ski Team during university – a role he continues to hold today.
