In his role ad Senior Director, Origination, Jonathan works along side KV Capital’s Real Estate debt team to originate and structure new commercial lending opportunities. Jonathan brings over 15 years of experience across broad range of lending products and institutions, with deep expertise in construction and commercial real estate financing. Throughout his career, he has worked across all major Canadian markets, with a particular focus on Calgary, where he is currently based out of, along with Greater Toronto Area, and Vancouver.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and skiing, as well as time with his family – his wife, two children, and their dog. He is also actively involved in his community, volunteering at a local outdoor hockey arena.
