A Junior Analyst in the Origination team, Kiana plays a supportive yet critical role in KV Capital’s Real Estate Debt division. She focuses on assisting senior originators and underwriters throughout the loan origination process, ensuring that financing opportunities are thoroughly assessed and structured to meet client needs.
Kiana gained early exposure to the real estate industry while working at the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies. After graduating from the Haskayne School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Real Estate and earning an Embedded Certificate in Entrepreneurial Thinking. She began her career at Aspen Properties as an Aspen Flex Associate where she contributed to leasing and property management initiatives, developing hands-on experience and practical real estate skills.
Away from work, Kiana enjoys dirt biking, playing golf, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also reading The Real Estate Game by William Poorvu, gaining insights that enhance her underwriting work at KV Capital.
