Lindsey brings a people‑first mindset and a deep background in professional services to her role at KV Capital. Prior to joining KV, she worked with an Edmonton‑based IT company and has spent the majority of her career supporting organizations within the IT and technology sector.
With experience across a wide range of Human Resources functions, Lindsey has been closely involved in people supports, employee wellbeing, performance management, compensation, and navigating teams through periods of challenge and change. She is especially passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Lindsey has also played a key role in leading Community Impact initiatives throughout her career—organizing group volunteering opportunities that give back to the communities organizations serve. She finds this work especially rewarding, both in supporting meaningful causes and in bringing teams together in ways that strengthen connection and culture.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her three daughters and their rescue dog. She makes the most of Alberta summers at the lake, stays active through a variety of fitness classes, and looks for opportunities to volunteer whenever she can.
