As Vice President, CMHC, Investment Management, Maitri leads KV Capital’s CMHC‑insured lending platform. She is responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of KV’s CMHC program, overseeing origination, underwriting, and capital deployment activities.
Maitri brings a proven track record in building and scaling financial operations to drive growth and operational excellence. Her career has spanned treasury and capital markets, process and system optimization, and leading large national teams in an origination capacity. Notably, she designed and implemented a system to manage the end-to-end processes of a multi-billion-dollar securitization portfolio, reducing model risk, strengthening data accuracy, and integrating seamlessly with enterprise banking and risk management systems.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Maitri enjoys music, the arts, travelling, and spending time with her family.
