Michelle joined KV Capital in 2021 as an Executive Assistant to the partners and recently transitioned to the finance and compliance teams. With a strong background in legal administration, she brings valuable expertise in regulatory processes and corporate transactions.
Prior to KV Capital, Michelle spent over five years at Bennett Jones LLP as a legal assistant in the corporate commercial practice group, supporting the mergers & acquisitions and commercial real estate teams. Her experience in due diligence, contract management, and regulatory compliance provides a strong foundation for her work in at KV Capital.
Michelle is an avid reader, pro wrestling fanatic and has many rescue animals.
