As an Analyst on the Origination team, Parth supports the underwriting of real estate mortgage opportunities. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Alberta.
Parth began his career in alternative equity markets, where he built a strong foundation in evaluating risk and assessing investment opportunities across asset classes. Real estate stood out to him, and his interest in the sector led him to real estate and private lending, where he could apply his analytical skills to more tangible, deal-driven work. Joining KV Capital brought together his markets background and hands-on real estate underwriting.
He has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and looks forward to building on that knowledge as he grows professionally. Colleagues can count on him as a resource for financial and market analysis, drawing on his experience with equity and alternative markets, and he is always glad to help work through the numbers on a real estate lending deal. He is also happy to offer fantasy basketball picks.
Outside of work, Parth enjoys staying active through basketball and working out, travelling, and spending time with family.
