Santino previously managed $1.2 billion in sales across a North American portfolio of nearly 50 small and medium-sized businesses. His work led to a multi-billion-dollar increase in pipeline opportunities, improved business development ROI and win rates, and major gains in underperforming regions. Earlier in his career, he scaled a business from early-stage revenue to multi-million-dollar performance in just 18 months.
Outside of work, Santino enjoys spending as much time as possible with his spouse of over 20 years and their two sons. He also enjoys reading, Nordic skiing, practicing mindfulness, and traveling.
