ABOUT KV CAPITAL

At KV Capital, we have established ourselves as industry leaders in real estate debt and investment, driven by our unwavering commitment to excellence, trusted partnerships, and innovative solutions. Since our founding in 2006, we have expanded our business across three connected areas of service: real estate private equity, real estate lending, and private equity investments in real estate supply chain businesses. Managing a robust portfolio of +$1.8 billion in funded investments, accompanied by +$750 million in assets under management, our dedicated team of finance experts is driven by a shared goal to cultivate prosperity for our clients, investment partners, and communities. We have office locations in Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto, and continue to expand and extend our reach nationally.

Private Equity (“PE”)

Launched in 2017, KV’s PE business invests in operating companies with strong business fundaments and clear growth catalysts. Currently, we manage investor capital across three funds. Fund I is a niche fund focused on manufacturing and distribution businesses in the RV space, currently in its exit stage. Fund II is a generalist fund focused on distribution companies in non-real estate sectors, currently in its hold stage. Fund III is a strategic real estate-adjacent fund, targeting companies that manufacture and distribute building products, currently in deployment.

Real Estate Equity Partners (“EQP”)

Launched in 2022, KV’s EQP business provides equity to experienced real estate developers across Western Canada.  Currently, we manage investor capital across two funds, both of which invest in mid-size “build and sell” real estate projects. Fund I and II are fully committed.
